What’s Down in Town (WDIT) is a collaborative site written by a group of individuals, and managed by Vicki Harrison and Jen Rabulan-Bertram. For questions about this blog, please email: info at whatsdownintown dot com.
WDIT accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. Sponsorship received may occasionally influence the content, topics or posts on this blog. However, in order to maintain appropriate content and the overall aesthetic of WDIT, as well as be true to our readers, we only accept sponsored content that is a good match for the site. All dedicated posts or sponsored posts will be noted as such and will be written by one of the WDIT team, unless otherwise specified.
Some advertorial links and banners may be to affiliate sites. We may partner with certain brands for products or cash; these brands may be featured on the blog occasionally.
Some of the businesses or products that we mention or promote do not compensate us. We do so to bring the best suggestions to our audience, as well as support local Denville area businesses and brands, whenever possible. These are at the discretion of the individual blogger, and approved by the WDIT founders, Vicki and Jen.
WDIT may be compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though this blog receives compensation for posts or advertisements, we always give our honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely the blogger’s own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider, or party in question.
We are open to new partnerships and ideas. If you are interested in sponsorship or partnership, please send an email to info at whatsdownintown dot com. Please feel free to check out our advertising options.
Many of the photos on this blog are our own, but some are from outside sources. We make every effort to credit photos whenever possible when they are not our own. If a photo is in question or has not been credited properly, please email post link and the correct source to: info at whatsdownintown dot com and we will address and add a photo credit. If you are the source of the photo and would like the image removed, please email us and we will honor your request immediately.
WDIT invites Denville-based guest bloggers from time to time if their writing style is a good fit for the blog. The post must be Denville-centric to be considered. Guest bloggers are not compensated. Please do not ask if you can submit a guest post if you are not local, or if the content is not appropriate for the site.
And finally, we receive a large number of requests for coverage. We are not able to accommodate all requests, and we cannot get back to everyone. We will get back in touch if your product, company, or event is a good fit for the blog. Please know that we appreciate your consideration and patience.
Thank you for your interest in What’s Down in Town!
